Setting the Pace Mr. Charles M. Schayer Sr., was the organization's founder. Mr. Schayer established the spirit and pace of the company through his innovation in the field and the exceptional long term relationships he cultivated with both his customers and employees. Through his mentoring of the employees and prudent stewardship of the company's resources, he built a lasting niche in the brokerage business community. His brand of management has steadily reflected quality, integrity, loyalty, and service. At the organization's 50th anniversary, we noted with pride that some of the same customers who started with us in 1946 are still with us today. A Vision of the Future Mr. Charles M. Schayer Jr., joined the organization in 1968, coming aboard with expertise and many pioneering ideas. Charles M. Schayer Jr. took the company further by diversifing services to include overseas consolidation and transportation management, an innovative addition during the early 80's which improved our customers bottom line efficiency. Both Charles M. Schayer Sr. and Charles M. Schayer Jr. have effectively blended classic principles of integrity, quality, and innovation to lead this company forward into the next century.
